I posted, but it was depressing to post that I only lost 3 pounds for the entire month of August even though I stuck to my plan the whole month. Sigh.

Yeah, it was even more depressing to see how many people had lost 10 or 12 pounds or more, I haven't lost that much in any month the entire time I've been on my plan, which has been 5 months now. It is a lot of weight lost total for this board in the month though!
