I just found these forums, and am looking forward to getting involved.
I'm doing Weight Watchers Online, and using some elements of the Sonoma Diet to guide how I make my food choices. I'm struggling with getting started properly, as well as stress and some mild depression.
But, it's all good. I try to remain optimistic, positive, and realistic about things. It'll come.
I just joined today and I'm having some trouble getting started myself. I don't even have a plan worked out yet!! But I have to say I admire your attitude. Good luck on the weight loss journey, and if you need any help let me know I plan on being on the boards as often as my crazy schedule will allow.
I'm new this week also. Doing WW (by myself - not online) trying to make a go of it. We have the exact same goals. 210/204/150. I'd love to keep in touch and see how things are going. How about you? More than anything, I need to get started on daily walking or some sort of exercise. I really hate exercise, but being the weather is nice, should start up walking or something.
