Hi! I'm new too! I am from Iowa and I am 37 years old. I have 2 girls, ages 12 and 4. I work part time in a moderately active job (I am a speech pathologist working with kids!) I need to lose about 10-12 pounds. It doesn't seem like tons and tons of weight, but I'm only 5'2" and those pounds make a humongous difference in the way I look and the way my clothes fit. I am looking for SOMETHING to help me. I used to lose weight super easily (I actually have been diagnosed with anorexia in the past - the distant distant past but can't seem to get that determination back.) I lost a few pounds a couple of weeks ago, but then, for no reason at all they seemed to come right back. That depressed me so much that I started eating all kinds of junk and have continued that now for about 2 weeks. I've got to stop this and looked you guys up to see if I could get some encouragement.
