This is day one of my new life and I think it would be great to have someone to help me through it. I tried this buddy thing with a friend recently but she had already lost some weight and was very judgemental. I need someone to give me a boost, not kick me while I'm down please. I have about 25-30 pounds to lose and sometimes think I am a compulsive eater.

I'm on WW and have been since the end of March, I'm down 21lbs, so as you see it's going slow for me...so judgemental'ness is not my thing It's a lifestyle change, one we cannot rush if we want to succeed and maintain, I learned that the hard way. I regularly post on here, in a forum called "lets track together 2"...feel free to check it out, alot of nice women.

I am participating in a christmas challenge to lose 30lbs by christmas....you should join if you would like.
