I'm looking for someone in a simliar boat as me. Right now, I'm working on dropping 40 pounds, or getting down to a size 16 (from a 20) before 12.24.2006. Either goal will do, I'd like to attain both though.
I'm 21 with three kids and a hubby, and a full time job.
My challenges

- Eating [crap] at work
- Motivation to exercise
- Anxiety
I['m working on] do[ing] at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, and 20 minutes of strength 6 times a week.
