Way to go, Shannon! I have found I have to do the same thing in making it a priority! Yesterday I had a million things to do... house is a mess, etc. But I decided to go out to the pool and work out anyway. If I wait until I "have time" I will never get there. It IS a priority and it WORKS if you make it one.

Good job! Keep it up!

That's terrific! Getting exercise in is my biggest challenge...

As for the person who said it gets easy and routine... unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have been exercising regularly for almost a year and have been doing an avg of 30 min/day (or more) for months now. But on MANY days I still have to fight with myself to go and exercise. I do it, because I know I should, but it is a struggle. Most days, getting my shoes on is the hardest part. Once I'm dressed for it, I do it.

I know lots of people do get in a groove, and find or rediscover a love of exercise, but not all of us do! For your sake, I hope you're not like me! But if you are, know that you can struggle with it, but still do it!
