Shape Up or Ship Out!
Hi all,
I'm not new here per se. I suppose you could say I'm a 3FC born again virgin. I used to exercise regularly, but I've been out of commission for over a year. I developed an Anxiety/Panic disorder and it completely interrupted my life.
Right now I'm attempting to wean off Lexapro. The meds have made me rather tired and hungry. This has resulted in a 15-20lb weight gain. I have never been thin, but I have never been very overweight either.
I'm interested in losing that weight as well as getting fit. I'm into weightlifting and trying new workouts to challenge myself.
I suppose I would love to have a buddy with similiar goals as myself. ****, I wouldn't mind a buddy who had completely different goals than myself.
