Hey everyone,
I just wanted to pop in here and say a quick hello
Im Victoria, and Im 21, from Ireland.
Hopefully, you'll be able to see from my tracker in my sig
that Im 238lb and want to be 140lb.. so Im here hoping
to find some support and help in getting there!

Have tried all the diets under the sun, and have never been
able to loose more than maybe 10lbs.. lack of will power,
wrong diet, poor choices.. maybe all of them, I dont know
but whatever it is, it hasnt worked so far and I need some
help!

Ive recently been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries)
which could be half the battle, but Id still like to meet some
women in the same boat as me, battling the bulge!

Oh I'm definetly right there with you battling that bulge!! Only this time I'm gonna win! You'll find that the road to success is that much easier when you've got a strong support system behind you. Thats exactly what you'll find here! One pound at a time you will reach that goal!!

Hello Victoria, Melissa, and Kathryn,

Victoria we both share a lot of similiarities. I too have been diagnosed with PCOS. I also have a little angel in heaven *Mia Ann* 22weeks non-viable. She is a twin survivor to Aliyah Lenn my little miracle born 1lb 3ozs. (IVF)

I started a diet yesterday. I have never really tried very hard in the past do to lack of will power. But I am determine to make it work this time. I do not want to continue at this weight (212 lbs). It is getting to hard to handle and I do not like the way I look at all anymore. I feel really lazy and with new babie this is unacceptable. My husband makes little comments, nothing offense just small enough to let me know he is aware of the change.

I recently joined a gym on Friday. I welcome the support through this endeavor. I know its one day at time, but it will be worth it all in the end.

Hello Kathy and Trish! so great to meet you both! Isnt it great to find people with similar stories, makes you KNOW you arent alone!! Congrats to everyone on taking that first step!! Willpower has nothing to do with this journey! Its a choice and we are all making that choice for a healthy LONG life!! Like you said Trish...one day at a time, one meal at a time! We can do this!! Aww thanks everyone.. so nice to feel welcomed!
I live in a really small town in Kerry, and dont have many friends, so have no one to go to the gym with, so im plucking up the courage to start on my own, I really wanna make it this time, so im hoping I can do it!

thanks trish.. *hugs* Im sorry for your loss, although I wouldnt wish it on anyone, nice not to feel so alone..
