This is my first post, and I am here for support too. From what I see here already it looks like a fantactic place. Maybe we can buddy-up. I want to lose at least 90 lbs, maybe more. Right now I'll set my goal weight at 150.
Today is really my first day of my new "Healthy Life Style" ... since I didn't have a good weekend. Good luck.

I'm a 25 yr old mother and wife and I need to lose about 100lbs I am new to online message boards as well as the buddy system but I have been looking at different sites all day and joined this one when I saw your posting because I saw that some sites had many postings that have not been responded to in months and I need some everyday motivation. I am 5'7 and currently weight 250 which is my heaviest and I am ready to do something about it so if you could use another buddy let me know.
