Hi People, well I'm Kristen aka Krissy. I'm 17 and needing to loose some weight and tone up. I think I've tried just about every type of weight loss theory out there. Having slowly lost weight in teh last 2 1/2 months due to my new job, i still have a bit to go and need lots of advice or anything that might of helped you lose weight, if you could please? Healthy eating? Proper kinds of excercise that do work? I have kind of lost all hope, but have recetly had my friends out running with me a couple times in hope to get me fit, which isn't going to well, as i have jsut stopped smoking, and trying hard to pull myself together. So any ideas on where to start and get on track, i would be grateful!
