Hi Everyone!
I'm new to this forum. I've been browsing several weight loss forums and really liked this one so I decided to join for some motivation and support.
I've struggled with my weight pretty much since puberty, mostly due to emotional eating. I've yo-yoed between 125-155 from high school through college. But the stress in grad school pushed me to 165-175. I just turned 30 and figured it was time to get my life back. I'm 5'3 and Asian so for my frame my normal weight would be about 115-120.
I started my journey on 3/11/06 at 165 and a size 13-14. I'm now 145 and a size 9-10. My ideal goal would be 120 lbs and a size 5-6.
I hope to update my progress every week or so. Good luck to all who's working hard towards their goal
