Welcome, I too am a Junk food Junkie! I quit cold turkey! If I need a chocolate fix I drink 8 oz of Chocolate Silk (soy milk) mmmmm. (don't be afraid of it it is actually good!)
my own diet plan it's worked for me before the only reason it didnt stick was my dad went into a nuresing home and it was a year 1/2 of him going down hill and my nerves got the best of me and i stopped eating healthy... i tryed the van soy and i lov it ive never tryed the other so thanks for the tip...thank you guys for being there happy healthy eating
Muncher, I stopped eating healthy for 4 months because my grandma (really the woman who raised me) died. Then when I went back, I was so relieved to be losing again. If you are a "muncher" try eating small healthy meals all day. Make a master list of all the foods in every food group(and every meal type) that you can think of. Having a variety to choose from might get you excited to think of new things to munch on.

hey you guys I'm in need of some support ... i have lost over 20 pounds since i last blogged that was the end of Aug 06 now Feb 12 07 and this is a month of bad anniversary one is the death of my little girl 13 yrs ago Feb 13th and then my dad and a few good Friends also and what do i do when I'm sad ???? eat eat eat !!!!!!!!! i don't have alot of bad food in my kitchen and alot of veggies to munch on so this may help me get through but i still need you each and every one of you thanks
It sounds like you are having a tough month. You have come far and you will be able to get through this. If you have had a few bad days forgive yourself and move on.

thank you for being here for me... its 1:14 am i cant sleep this is about the time she was born but she died at 11pm inside of me the worse part is i cant have any more and all my life thats all i wanted. people say why don't you adopt and i would they just make it to hard and i don't live in house yet or even have room at this time but if something came up i would find a place i love kids all kids they make me happy i would be happy with a 4,5,6,7,8,yr old i just love to teach them... i would take my little girl any time... i set and wonder what she would have looked like... well here comes the tears so I'm gonna go
