Snack - Kefir (peach)
Lunch - Whole-grain roll with leftover baked salmon, romaine, tomato, avocado, and a squeeze of lemon, with a quickie cucumber/vinegar/dill salad
Snack - grapes and a few almonds
Dinner - Roast chicken (no skin!), baked sweet potatoes, roasted beets, peas, and spinach salad (and gravy, too!!

)
Dessert - Baked peaches with a little bit of amaretti filling
