Unhappy help

I want to lose 80 pounds.I have a little problem with excercising I have bad wrist and a bad foot.Does anybody have any ideas of something that can do that won't make the pain worse?

You can try swimming which is very easy on all the joints... Biking or if you go to a gym an elliptycal might be good for your foot too..

what kind of restrictions has your dr given you on your bad extremeties? No weight bearing, no lifting over such and such weight, no running, etc?
I would ask your Dr really what types of exercises you should be doing
