Hi to you all I am just starting AGAIN also. I have 120 lbs to lose. I know its going to be hard but I know I have to do it and I want it so bad not only for the physical aspects but the health issues. My body screams at me daily but I too did not listen. I know this site will be a godsend it is just awesome the support that other women can give. Ibegan the ww points plan last thursday and have lost 8 lbs (this is not unusual with me when I think about all the bads food choices I made) I have lost 85 lbs on a previous diet through low fat diet and much much cardio and strength training, not so easy this time it's 10 years later and I am 10 years older!!!!
Well I hope to here from some of you and I hope one day my story will help someone else out.
