HI everyone!!! I am A single mother I am unable to work right now due to some physical injuries & I am walking everyday & doing some excersise I am able to do. This is my first diet & I am looking for A buddy in my area I am on the border of warren & eastpointe I do not have A car @ this time to drive to anyone but if anyone would like to meet & walk or excersise or talk or hold each other accountable .... or cheer each other on let me know!!!

Wish I lived in MI but I live in WI. My son lives in Belville, a suburb of Detroit. Hope you keep writing on intuitive eating. I am reading the best book right now by that title. If you look on Amazon you'll find it. Keep up the good work walking. I used to walk 5 mi. but that's another story.
