ok so if any of you read my "I will be so vigilant on vacation" speech, just know that all flew out the window early on...First I was good and when we ate at homes I was but in between it was as if something was unleashed inside...let's just say it was really really bad eating-I'm talking donut-hot wing-cheesesteak-ice cream-beer kinda bad eating

anyhow can't cry about it now. And more than ever i am actually excitedc for something fresh and healhty to pass these lips so my saggy butt and beer gut (nice rhyme ) will be phase 1'ing in the morning. We've got no food in the house either so a good healthy shopping trip is in order

Well today has not been a good day for me.

B- 2 hb eggs, epc. wg toast, coffee
S- blueberries
L- Chinese rest. with friends all chicken dishes, but two were fried and I ate a spring roll.
Ice cream, peanuts

LOL Over you sound like me last week...just jump back on track. Chinese is a weakness of mine too

today was good for me with a few tiny slips...

B Go Lean w/milk
L cheese stick, turkey/roat beef wrap, tomato
D sesame ginger pork, brocolli, mushroom barley risotto (from the book oMG it's good)
S-little teeny bit of dark chocolate and 4 Mike & Ike's

love, love, love Sonoma-after my week of "debauchery", 3 days back on wave 1 and I'm back to where I started. I can't imagine I'll drop my 10lbs for the challenge but hopefully I'll be able to gain (or lose, lol) a little ground.

B-Go Lean Crunch w/ff milk
L-leftover barley risotto(did I mention how delish this is?), lefotver sesame ginger pork, bowl of cucumbers and tomatoes
D-beef, mush, broc stir fry/**edited-actually instead made a delish WW pizza, recipe posted in the recipe section, plus had asparagus

tomorrow

B-PB ww bagel
L-ham quiche (made much healthier than regular quiche)
D-crab stuffed portobellos-YUMMO!

there will of course be assorted snacks in there but healthy choices-like veggies, string cheese, almonds, etc

Well, thanks. DIdn't do much better yesterday, but did today. We had a box lunch at a church group meeting. It was from Atlanta Bread factory, turkey, whole grain bread, only mustard. I even gave my cookie away, BUT I ate my chips. SOmetimes I know I just sabotage myself. Today was much better.

You are doing great batmomm - keep it up!!! I will have to check out the pizza recipe. I made the whole grain medley for supper tonight and it was very good.

B- 2 pieces WG toast, PB
L-WG turkey BLT
D- grilled hamburger'
grain medly recipe out of book
red wine
