Exersizes with Tendonitis?
My family Dr. says I have achilles tendonitis and referred me to an orthopedist, but the soonest appoinment is a month away! It's been almost two months since I originally hurt it and stopped doing cardio. The couple times I tried walking to ease back into working out, 20 minutes in I start getting sharp pains. I've gained 5 lbs already from the inactivity, so I need some type of physical activity! Any suggestions? Should I work out the 20 minutes & just RICE after? I don't want to cause more damage, but the loafing is driving me batty!
Any advice would be very appreciated!
