looking for a buddy for this journey
hi everyone i'm a new comer to the counting calorie diet seen. never done it before i had try everything and nothing had worked until i try counting calories my short goal is to loose 60 pounds by December i do about 1500 calories a day that number gives me more flexibility to eat greater varieties of food with out feeling hungry i going to start to jog every morning excuse my run on sentences i just type faster this way .
looking for a buddy that wants to join me in doing this hard job. thanks for the support if any. good luck to everyone in barking this hard journey hope to see everyone at the finish line.
ps. i have lost 10 pounds
