My body is screaming "more food" at me right now and I'm trying desperately to ignore it while downing a bunch of water.

I dropped my car off to be fixed Monday evening.. and I had asked my bf to call about it yesterday and he didnt, then we were tied up all afternoon at his laser surgery. So, this morning I call only to find out.. he has no idea whats wrong yet because he hasnt even really looked at it.

GRR. This would be a minor inconvenience if I wasn't supposed to leave out of here at 6am tomorrow morning to go down to Atlanta to visit my dad and pickup my kids on Saturday from the airport. I tried to explain to the guy that I reallly needed to know by the end of today what's wrong with it.. if he could just figure that much out, it would be a tremendous help to me.

So I can feel the stress in me increasing.. and work is getting a bit stressful too.. and I know thats why I feel so hungry. I don't have any more snacks with me and there is literally NOTHING decent in the snack machine. Grr! I'm trying sooooo hard not to eat right now, its ridiculous.

Hang in there! Could you walk to a nearby store and pick up a healthy snack if you are desperate?? Be proud of yourself for realizing you feel hungry because of your stress level. Maybe try some stress relieving exercises. Of course I'll understand if you take that last bit with a grain of salt, I would! =P
