Hey everyone!
I am once again starting this weight loss challenge. I've been on these boards before, but kind of quit...again...so now I'm back and REALLY ready to get on with my weight loss goals. I am going to be a junior in college this coming Fall and I'd really like to change my eating habits. When I'm in school, or anywhere for that matter, whether bored or not, I binge, binge, binge. And then I feel horrible about myself. So then I eat nothing for half the day and once I come back from my summer job, I binge yet again. I am tired of this wearisome cycle. I want to get my life back on track. And, to do that, I desperately need a buddy to keep each other accountable for our food and exercise choices.
