1. Better cardio endurance (can last through the longer TJ sets)
2. Can now zip up 3 flights of stairs in the parking garage at work
3. Better balance
4. Lost 9 lbs. (as of the last weigh in)
5. Lost 7" (arms, waist, hips, chest)
6. Sleep better
7. Better energy throughout the day
8. A better mind-set: Finally believe that I CAN do this!
9. Better muscle tone in my legs and arms
10. Being able to use this forum to "pay it forward": Maybe we'll inspire someone else to take charge of their health.
I workout with TJ six times a week. When I'm not participating in a challenge, I'll throw another type of w/o in just to mix things up a bit. I have the original and advanced TJ sets and I LOVE THEM ALL!!! I've been jammin' since 5/4/06.
