Hello to all. Just wanted to thank everyone for the support I have received so far from this site. I'm 360 lbs. on my way to 200. The stories you read here are inspirational and I look forward to our mutual successes.

Thanks again. Wow, a lot of Mississippi connections here, and I have been to Missouri and loved it!!!

I will be around. Still formulating my plan to attack this thing. There are so many options. Right now, I am just cutting back and drinking lots of water.
