Wow--sounds great! Looks like we're both on a 12 week challenge. Today is Day 2 for me...Did 30 min on the ex-bike and 30 min. of abs and lower body. It helped to have the History Channel on while I grunted it out
I managed to evade a late night pig-out with a cup of Cherry diet Jello last night. Night is the hardest for me since I get home late and want to clean out the fridge before bed--a big No No for me!
