I'm my own worst critic so I'm sitting here comparing pictures and decided why not put them up. I personally can see only a slight difference but like I said I'm my biggest enemy, my worst critic and extremely modest....so there you have it .

The first pic is me at my ABSOLUTE heaviest, probably about 230-ish. The current is me today....196-198ish...
