Default Wondsor Pilates DVD

I just recieved the Windsor Pilates system and it I did a 30 minute workout with the circle. I was wondering if anyone else had recieved it and if they had seen results from the system?

Thanks
Kristen

I haven't, but I'm just wondering what you though of it...do you feel like you got a pretty good workout from it?

hey cassie
it was a pretty good workout, for someone like me with a good amt of weight around the middle it was a challenge because most moves use the core, but it is a pretty good workout the circle does help and it is great for using to tone thighs i think i got a great workout

Kristen, I have the Winsor Pilates basic series, the last one not with the circle. Back when I was working out (like I should be now), I got great results with just the 20 minute workout which I would do 3-4 times a week. It really worked well, and I realize now I just need to pop in that dvd and get going. I have wondered about the cirlce and if it would be worth ordering. I would like to know how it goes for you.

I need to start doing my DVD again so that I can see results. I am in a better state of mind these days and may be able to stick with it this time. I would love to get a lean torso.

I have used it the past few days and I reallly feel it working. The main impact of the circle is on the abdominal muscles, especially the lower pooch.
I was skeptical at first becasue it looks like a flimsy plastice hoop, but it really has improved the quality of the workout and it incorporates the abs in every exercise. In 20 minutes you really do feel a difference. I would say it is worth it.

Do you have any workouts or videos for it that isolate hte lower body? amd if so how are they?

I have the bun & thigh DVD and abs of Winsor pilates...i must say, the workouts were very slow it felt like nothing was happening, i gave up on them too fast just becuase i like to break a sweat and actually feel the burn. I'm gonna try and do what Marie said tho...stick to 3 (or more) times a week and in a month i'm sure you'll see results.
