Default Helppp Strength Training

hey, i heard it's good to do cardio and strength training every other day, alternating them. i was wondering if you guys can suggest a good strength training video. i like leslie sansone because it's low impact but it gives a great workout but i'm open to anything. i was wondering if leslie sansone's firm up is good or if any of her videos about firming and such work? looking forward to hearing your suggestions and opinions. thanks! i'm 5'6 and 18 so videos of intense impact isn't a problem as long as it works. so please, fill out the following

how long have you been doing it
how much have you lost
did you like it
intensity of the workout
