Default Opinions on some videos please :)

The only video I have is a WATP one. I want one that isn't high-impact at all. I'm looking more for something to get me moving and have a small calorie burn rather than something that's gonna make me sweat a gallon and be sore. The few things that have sparked my interest are: Strip Aerobics, Belly Dancing, Yoga, and maybe some dancing (such as Salsa). I just don't want anything that involves alot of impact, or walking/running - esp. in place. I'm just looking for something new, with new movement, not the "usual".
Has anyone tried 'Carmen Electra: Aerobic Striptease' or 'Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip'? If so, please post your opinions.
I'd be happy to hear from anyone who has a video to suggest with info on it. Which would you say is best to start with for what I'm looking for: Aerobic Striptease, Belly Dancing, Yoga, or Dance? (Keeping in mind I'm nearly 350 pounds with a big belly.)
TIA!!

Melissa

Hello! I am thinking about trying a belly dancing video...I haven't heard too many good things about the Carmen Electra DVD's though....let us know what you decide to try and how you like it! Amazon.com has a lot of reviews for their DVD's, and I always read them to see what other people think of the workouts before I buy them. Good luck!

You might like Yoga Booty Ballet. You can order them from Beachbody. They have a beginers series and a bunch of LIVES that are a little bit of yoga, some fun and silly dance, a couple of ab moves or but moves and then a little more yoga. They last about 40 minutes. They are totally different from anything that I have done and the instructors have a really wonderful attitude. They also just made a workout especially for larger exercisers (including those 100 pounds or more overweight.) You can see clips on their website http://www.swervestudio.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DVD001
