Default Newbie in Australia Help me please I'm stuck!

Hello, I'm Sassy, and I'm stuck! I've been off and on diets for years. I went on reductil tablets, but ended up with heart palpitations, and since then I have not been able to get back on my diet. I don't know why, previously I've been able to jump back on, even if it only lasted for a week, but this time around, I'm having so much trouble. I lay in bed at night thinking 'Tomorrow I will start', and then lunch time the next day, I go buy KFC. I lost 12kg with weightwatchers last year, and have put it all back on.

I feel absolutely miserable, and am being such a mean mummy to my kids because of it. Help me please!

Hi!!! I'm in Australia too, well on holiday!!! I normally live in the UK but have come back for three weeks.

It seems so demoralising when the scales read over 100 kilos, doesnt it? I remember when I jumped on the scales for the first time in 5 years and I was 119 kilos. Now I'm 89, and I still have a way to go before I am where I want to be.

I found for me, the trick was to change one thing at a time. Focus on good food you can eat, and try to find healthy things that you love ( like try some of the really good yoghurts that are around, or some of the nice juices, instead of your fast food treats)

We're all here to help!!!!

Kylie
