Hi everyone,
My name is Sandy and found this sight looking for some ideas or tips to get me through the final pounds. I joined a TOPS group in February weighing 174 pounds. I now at 136.25 with only 6.25 pounds to go. I'm extremly proud of myself yet I'm at a point where I'm not yet to my goal yet I feel comfortable. I sometime feel like I cant cheat just a little since I'm almost there, but then again I feel I've gone too far to slide. I'm having daily arguments with myself wanting a Snicker Bar. Any tips to get me over this hump would be appreciated.
