I see the monthly thread is popping, but it gets so long... and when I'm away for a few days (like I was the past few days) I find it hard to pick up in that thread again.
Also, I've just been angry with myself lately, as I CANNOT seem to behave eating properly. I keep saying to myself, "this week is the week"... but so far, I haven't been faithful. I've kept off the initial weight I've lost, but I feel like I'm doing maintance, instead of trying to lose more. I mean, I eat great for at least two meals a day, but at some point, I sneak in a cookie, or piece of pizza. Today I actually ate candy! (Honestly though, I think that is because it's about that time of the month.) So I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing either.
Anyway, I was hoping we could start a new "food thread, keeping in touch" weekly. I think it might help me, and perhaps others feel more inclined to stay "faithful" if we look at our program in weeks.
One good thing about Sonoma I've found... even when I "cheat" I still try to eat Sonoma friendly the rest of the time. I'm actually eating much healthier than I was in the past. So I'm evening out my dessert with veggies.
It's good to see some new people joining this board too. Hopefully we can really make a difference to each other.
