Default NSV- I kick boo-tay!
YES YES YES! I met my mini goal of 2 miles in 30 minutes!! I was giving myself at least 4 more weeks to reach this and I did it today! My ultimate goal is 3 mi in 31 min, but I set up my mini goals every half mile three months apart. Next goal is 2.5 miles in 30 minutes and I have until November 11. After that I'm going to flip it around and run 3 miles and just keep shaving time off of the distance.
You should have seen me cheering for myself in the middle of the gym surrounded by confused Marines who could probably bench me. The cleaning lady high fived me though, LOL

I've been wanting to use this dancing carrot smiley, so here he is with some buddies, having a party with me!
