Default Having a bad day

I'm having a bad day. It started last night when my bf and I had a fight. He was at work (he's a medic too) and when he got home this a.m., nothing has changed. I feel like the whole world is against me and I'm all alone. Unfortunately I have no parents to go to when I'm down. My appologies to you all for having to listen to me here. I am off to the gym. I haven't been there in at least a month. I've working and teaching almost everyday. So I'm going with the hope that it will make me feel better. He's walking around the house here like I don't exist, and maybe to him I don't. I don't feel like eating at all, that's usually what happens when I'm upset, no appetite. So off I go. I hope everyone else is having a great day. We're getting rain again here, I'm sure that doesn't help but I believe the gym will help. Take care to all of you. And a big THANK YOU for listening to me wine.

Hang in there. Be proud of yourself for dragging your butt to the gym when you're feeling so down, not sure if I could do it. Things can only get better!

Wink I made it

Hey all
I made it thru the day. I went to the gym, came home and bf and I went for a walk. We had a long talk and things are better. I felt so much better once I got home after being at the gym. While I was there I didn't think about what was happening, i just focused on my workout. Went to Tim horton's last night and only had coffee. I feel like going to the gym helps me with not eating that junk. I don't want to put the hard work in and then ruin it by eating that stuff.
I am from the French shores of Nova Scotia, Canada. I have a brother and sister who live in Kewlona (sp?) BC. Cheers to you all. Thanks a bunch.
I've worked the night shift and it's time to sleep.
