I'm a member there also. I've been going maybe 2-3 months and I haven't lost a lot of weight but I have lost inches and I feel better. I'm also learning how to take better care of myself and I really enjoying trying the different exercise classes. My location has been doing Bootcamp which is where at a designated time an instructor steps in and speeds up the circuit. You try to go for 25 reps on each machine instead of 15, even if it means lowering the weight you are lifting/working with. Its a faster pace which is fun and they usually have faster music playing to go with it. We sometimes do cardio inbetween every machine instead of every other. There is now a definate core group that meets for bootcamp, so we're all getting to know each other which is really encouraging.
