Default In need of a diet buddy from Des Moines Iowa
Hi I just moved to Des Moines about 3 months ago and would like to meet some new people who would like to give and get support in losing weight. I live close to Urbandale and Johnston on the NW side. Welcome. I'm a "newbie" too...joined Monday of this week. It's a great place for encouragement and motivation to be sure!

My little sister lives in Oseola and from what I understand that isn't toooo far from Des Moines... She really likes it up there!

Im not in Des Moines, but Im in Iowa I live in Mason City, which is 2 hours north of Des Moines...if you want to be buddies, let me know!

I LOVE seeing people here from Iowa! I was born there, but have lived in Oregon for the past 38 years. Almost all of my family still live there, and last summer when my daughter and I went back there for a six week visit, we even went shopping in Mason City! WELCOME to ALL of you and hope you love this site because it's GREAT!!!
