New here!!
Hi everyone. My name is Sara. I am new here but not new to trying to lose weight. I have 4 sons and a husband in the military. We have recently moved. Now that a lot of stress is gone, I am ready to lose this weight permanently. I need support on reaching small goals and not kicking myself when I fall off the wagon. I love trying new recipes, especially the good for you ones! Right now, my current goal is to start working out and keeping at it for the next month. I think it is an important goal since I NEED to exercise.
