Over the weekend, I got to the point in my life, when I realised I needed to do something about my weight. (It could have been the marriage proposal... or the having kids talk)
I've decided to give myself 3 months, 3 months to go hard with eating healthy and exercising regularly. I'd love to see what goals reach in that time
Starting weight: 249.5lbs
No actual goals yet, will assess after 3 months.
