220 looking to be around 150, need buddy! new here
Hi I am new here. My name is amanda and I have five children. My youngest is 10 months old. I am still breastfeeding her which helps with using calories but also adds to the munchies.
My weight is mostly from depo shot and having kids. My mid section is the worse and breast i would hope would shrink when I lose weight too. I believe more exercise, more water, less sunkist pop, powdered doughnuts and ice cream would help me lose weight. I just dont seem to have energy to get out and do stuff. I need to get up from this chair.. Just where is my energy?
I need a buddy. I need someone to help me stay movitivated and keep my eyes on the goals. My goal is 150 but if I can get down that far, I will want to keep going to about 120 I think. So technically 100 lbs to go! But I would be very happy to get to 150.
Anyone there to help me?? I am from Michigan! ITs prime time for being outside
