Hiya ladies!
I just found this great forum yesterday and thought I had better introduce myself, so here goes
I'm an Aussie mum of 3 determined to get my weight to normal limits this year! I am going to Curves three times a week and doing assorted cardio five times a week such as TaeBo, Kickboxing, walking etc. At this point in time I refuse to go on yet another diet - and fail *yet* again...so I am eating higher protein, lower carb (of the good Low GI variety), watching portion sizes and roughly calorie counting...kind of just limiting my normal diet I guess. I hope the exercise will make a difference this time.
I am so glad I found this forum as it looks like a great place for support and motivation
