Default Hurting muscle...can I still use weights?

I don't know if I pulled a muscle or what, but my tricepts in my right arm hurt to the touch, and are VERY sore...not sore from working, but like I may have injured it. Anyway, can I still do my strength training tomorrow? I can't stand the thought of not working my arms until the muscle feels better!

Also, while I am here, I have another question:
I do WATP with weights everyother day, and then on the OTHER days I do strength training....am I overworking my arms? The WATP are only 2-3lb weights, and before now they haven't been sore...I know they say that every other day is best, but WATP isn't really intense...just wondering!

Thanks in advance,
Cassie

Listen to your body. If common sense is telling you not to do the strength training, then that's what you do. Concentrate on lunges, squats and ab work, stuff that doesn't use your arm. Better to miss a week of training that to keep going, cause real damage, and have to take months off.

I have never done walk away the pounds, however, nowadays the advice is not to use weights whilst walking, due to postural reasons, and limited benefits. So I would say knock off the weights with your walk away the pounds, and concentrate on strength training (once your arm is better )
