Does This Sound Ok/Effective?
I recently bought Yourself! Fitness for PS2 and I came up with an exercise program and I was wondering what you all think
Monday - 15 min cardio w/ Maya*, 15 min upper body w/ Maya, 15 min bike** or pilates
Tuesday - 15-30 min cardio w/Maya (or 15 min cardio, 15 min pilates), 15 min bike
Wednesday - 15 min cardio w/ Maya, 15 min lower body w/ Maya, 15 min bike or pilates
Thursday - 15-30 min cardio w/Maya (or 15 min cardio, 15 min pilates), 15 min bike
Friday - 15 min cardio w/ Maya, 15 min core body w/ Maya, 15 min bike or pilates
Saturday - 15-30 min bike or walk
Sunday - Off
* Maya is the personal virtual fitness trainer on Yourself Fitness
** Stationary Bike
After a while I will probably increase my workouts with Maya to 1/2 hour then eventualy an hour.
As for diet I'm just trying to keep my intake down, be conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth, choose healthier options, eat only when Im hungry and stop when Im full. oh, and drink tons of water and not alot of pop (which I do already! lol) I'm aiming for about 1500-2000 calories per day, I'm still playing around with the amount to see what works.
