Default Taebo Cardio -- I actually completed the workout!!!
I am so happy...I can't believe I actually finished the Taebo Cardio workout by Billy Blanks last night. I am so hyped...I stumbled through some of the moves but, I made it...

Good for you! I have the old Tae Bo Videos (the original). I am thinking about digging those up and trying them on for size again.

Way to go! I have only made it through the cardio one once. Usually I get 20 or 25 minutes into it and have to stop. It kicks my butt.
