I buy the ww bread, bagels and muffins in my regular teeny tiny small town grocery. The bread is more resonabley priced than other breads with the same points value. The bagels are similarly priced to regular bagels maybe a bit more than regular bagels, but regular has 6 points and these have 2 or 3. That is worth the price to me.
I didn't like the WW cakes from the store. Some people do. Thier candy is good. But from what I can tell it's regular whitman's candy packaged for WW in individual servings. Most Whitman's chocolates are a point each. But as some else pointed out it does limit your portions even if you eat all 10

But I don't buy it. I'd rather have a good dark choclate bar for 5 points that cost 99 cents, instead of $3. B/c I am one to eat the WHOLE bag!!!
They aren't WW, but I do enjoy 100 calorie packs. They aren't cost effective. And I only buy them when they are on a really good sale. Last summer I got them for $1 a box. I bought like 20 boxes. SO I guess it's up to you what you feel are the products you want to spend your money on.
I do not buy thier products from the meeting. For half the price of a "Just Two points bar" offered at the meeting I can buy Kudos (the snickers and m and m varieties) and they are two points each. I am not exactly sure how the smoothies compare, but slim fast and carnation instant breakfast are about the same thing for very similar points if I remember correctly, only those are much cheaper.
The WW products tend to run a bit more in cost in our area than they do in areas that are larger. I am in a rural area that is part of a smaller WW franchise that is not under the same pricing as WW International. SO else where they may be cost effective, but here they aren't.
I am not sure if you can buy stuff at teh meeting and not be a member. I have just never really found them to be overly cost effective.
