hey i know that i have been out for awhile.. for those that know me i am still getting over the fact of being alone after my divorce.. workign 2 jobs and trying to have a life.. i quit exercising and i quit my no fast food life.. since now hanging around new people whom work at BK... i eat there more often than i should at least once a week.. thank god its the only "fast food" joint we have in town.. well we do have DQ and subway but i hardly ever go there and its so expensive id rather burn money.... but june is a new month and i am goin get back on the band wagon... hehe
but this time i have an exercise buddy a friend of mine that i met through one of my jobs is goin go walking with me.. we can motivate eachother just to go a lil farther or once more around the track... we can do it!! its goin be great to start lossing again
That's great you have an exercise buddy, that will absolutely help you to get back on the wagon. You only have 10 more pounds to go, that's awesome. Good luck with everything!
well i think that its more like 15 now or maybe at the most 20 i bet i put on a few pounds in the last 2 months... but shhhh were not goin change it hehe
