I am going to do a sonoma diet, but I love the idea of a Mediterranean diet. I think the are some what the same.

Welcome.. come on over anytime.. I lurk a bit on Sonoma. I joined a thread over there yesterday. Sonoma and Mediterranean are quite similar. A good reason to forge friendships between our two nations.
