Default I want to do this at home...

hello!

i wanted to intoduce myself! I am starting wieght watcher program today! I have a points calulator and I know the points I am suppose to have, i just need to buckle down and do it! but I don't want to spend one more dime on an eating plan right now. Maybe if I see some progress I will, but not right now. I am very big into yoga, and I can't fold over (or have the engery to do it...) into positions because of the rolls of fat! So...I have to do something...and here I am!

I have about 40 pounds to lose, thats my goal, which would put me at 150, but my real hope it is 135, I'll see, I'll be satisfied, with 150...I look forward to getting to know everyone and talking about this new life I must lead.

Glad you choose to do WW. Its a really great program... Good luck and welcome !. How are you doing so far with WW?

hello everyone...well my first week so far has been kinda difficult..I was attacked by a salad bar yesterday and realized I didn't know how to deal with it...LOL...(no non fat salad dressing, cheese, ham...you get the picture...) I am hanging in there and "back in the saddle" again today...just start over. I am doing the wendie plan and by the time I calulated the points..YIKES! I have to take my lunch and not go out for lunch, but sometimes I just need out of the office. Maybe I can shop instead of go eat? HUM....

anywho, thanks for the support I look forward to all our posts...
