hello!
i wanted to intoduce myself! I am starting wieght watcher program today! I have a points calulator and I know the points I am suppose to have, i just need to buckle down and do it! but I don't want to spend one more
dime on an eating plan right now. Maybe if I see some progress I will, but not right now. I am very big into yoga, and I can't fold over (or have the engery to do it...) into positions because of the rolls of fat!

So...I have to do something...and here I am!
I have about 40 pounds to lose, thats my goal, which would put me at 150, but my real hope it is 135, I'll see, I'll be satisfied, with 150...I look forward to getting to know everyone and talking about this new life I must lead.
