HELP!
All I want to do is eat. I don't eat cause I am hungry, I am an emotional eater. I keep feeding my emotions! I can't seem to stop. I feel like I woke up one day and looked in the mirror and noticed that I was about 110lbs over weight. Everytime I take a step I feel like my bones are going to split in two. I have no energy. I'll do really good for about a week and go for walks, and then I start eating like a pig again and sit my big but on the couch and stop walking. How can I feel full or satisfied when I eat. HELP!
