Tomorrow is my actual weigh in day, but as of this morning I am down 1.4 lbs! I can't believe it is finally going down again. Hopefully it didn't just find another weight to sit at.

I am surprisingly down to 228. It's only 1 pound but hey, I'll take anything I can get now. Especially since I haven't been working hard. I was just looking at what my goal is. Wow, I don't think I'll be hitting this one. LOL Here's to 18 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!
Rosario - After gaining, losing a pound is awesome.
Well I hit 213.5 last week. But due to how much I lost last week I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't lose any more until the weekend before MD or a few days after. I hope I can because that weekend I'm suppose to see a friend I haven't seen since I was 250 and I want to make the loss as dramatic as possible.
Is this an exclusive club or can I join the challenge for Memorial Day too? Would love to lose 10 lbs or at least try to! I started a new diet last week and am down 5 lbs!!! (I'm sure it's mostly water weight but who cares!!!)

Randee-I wanted to adjust my goal too but I can't keep doing that every challenge. I say we just leave our original goals and try our hardest. At least we can say that we tried!!!
Chicky-where did you want to be at when you see your friend? I think 37 pounds is a very dramatic weight loss.
Shari-sometimes I do that too just to make sure that I am down (lately, that hasn't been the case) keep it up!

I'm going to see what happens over the next 2 weeks. I'm on an exercise kick -- and am doing well on my diet so hopefully things start rolling...as in rolling off my body! Ha ha!
Rosario - I'm hoping for at least the single digits, i.e. 209. Really, I'd like to hit my mini goal, but two weeks isn't enough for that. Most people around me say that they notice a big difference, but this weekend I saw another friend I haven't seen since 250 and she said that she really didn't notice. But then again, she's a size 2, maybe big is just big to her. So I want to lose as much as I can so that the loss can't be doubted.
