Talking Hi Everyone! I'm new here

Just wanted to say hi! I have currently lost approximately 60 lbs and would like to lose another 80 or so. Have a long way to go. Would love to find a buddy who has a long term weight loss to work on.

Nikki

CONGRATULATIONS NIKKI You should feel so proud of yourself! I don't have alot to lose but I'm sure you'll find a compatible buddy soon. Be sure and check out some of the other forums here. Good luck!

Pretty much my own program. Have cut fat, carbs somewhat (used to eat alot of carbs), and no longer drink regular soda at all, cut sugar as much as possible but still enjoy a 'healthy dessert' now and then.

Default lots to lose too

I also have a bit to lose. I want to lose about 80-100 pounds to start. My end goal would be about 150 pounds to lose. But I have been 80 pounds lighter and felt much better so I am willing to start there.....If you need a buddy I could use one too let me know.

well that sounds wonderful! Glad to have you here! I'm doing nutrisystem, today is my 14th day. It's so hard sometimes. I've gone to OA and I'm trying to get all of this overeating and binging under control. So I can feel your pain, and wish TONS of luck!

Thanks same to you. I did WW twice during my lifetime so far. I liked the encouragement part, but always compared myself to others at weigh in, which is a dangerous habit to have. I feel like here I have the encouragement without being in line behind someone who's lost 5 lbs and I've lost less. But that's MY issue.
