Default Before and after pics. well at leas the first 36 pounds
I amnot sure if this is where we can post pics. But I just got my pic taken at my Daughters school play. I compared them to a few at my starting weight. I do think I see a difference. what do you think.

I definitely can see the difference! 36 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment! Just think about lifting that amount of weight. Although I do understand where you are coming from. I have lost 25lbs and even when I look at my pictures from before and now I can hardly see a difference. Keep up the good work!

Oh yip yip yip !! Definitely a big difference! I am right behind you as I have lost 35.5 pounds... so sure hope mine shows as much as yours does!!! Great job!!!!!!

Well we are not to far off from each other. I started at 252
size 22w now I can wear 18s . I havelost about 36 inches I think. But thank you all This what I needed to get me on track well at least fired up a bit. oops I just read your starting wieht . Ihave bad eye site. so we aren't to far off lol I love reading you great sucess stories keep on walking
